About our production
GFH AB is at the fine old Delary Bruk, a former ironworks and paper pulp factory in
Delary located between Traryd and Älmhult in Southern Sweden.
We bought an industrial building there in early 90s.
MIXER
" Right Recipe Mix "
is the first step in our production. In the mixer all granules and additives are mixed into a homogeneous mixture.
DRYING MACHINE FOR PLASTIC GRANULES
Drying station
Granular mixture proceeds through a hose to the drying station, where the material by heating becomes dry.
EXTRUDER
After the drying station the granular mixture is going further
with suction to one of our extruders,
to be melted and extruded out
into a finished product.
EXTRUDING TOOL
With the right tool and nozzle, the mixture is extruded into right size,cooled in a waterbath and can then be rolled up on bobbins.
WATERBATH
The finished side seal is cooled of in a long waterbath, before it is rolled up onto a boobbin
SMALLER DIMENSIONS
For smaller products and profiles we use a extruder with less tool dimension.
BOBBINRACK
Polyurethane side seal ready for delivery to one of our customer.
We also sell bobinracks suitable for two or three bobbins.
EASY ASSEMBLY
At the end of the "chain" On site at a customer for assembly.
